Food is good. I ordered online and they forgot my chips. Called to ask if they could credit my card back and they hung up on me after I waited for a while! Then called back and she would juts say, "hold," and out me on hold. I was starting to get really aggravated. Anyway, finally someone helped me and they were only able to give me store credit!! WHY would I want to go back or order from here again? Is that even legal? I went online to submit a feedback and once I hit submit it said ERROR! LOL What the heck! Just and customer service all around.

Today was a mess with my #5 extra peppers. It hardly had any peppers, bread was rock hard and it was completely dry with NO mayo or mustard. Unfortunately I was on the road and didn't open it until I was 5 minutes down the freeway. It was the worst JJ sandwich EVER. No merry or happy greetings felt by this customer from JJ on Yosemite in Greenwood Village. Yes it was freaky fast but that's because they didn't put any condiments on it. Boo!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order it takes an hour and a half to get my food. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!! They continue to say for the last year they are working to fix this, yet one year later and they still have HORRIBLE service.

Super fast deliver to DTC area. Love that you can get all made Ito a carb free wrap. Try the Gargantuan wrap, with spicy mustard and mayo on the side(otherwise they slather it on..,blah) thank you Jimmy Johns for feeding me and my busy staff. We would skip lunch otherwise.

5 stars for it being what it reports. A great sub sandwich served quickly with quality ingredients. This isn't my favorite sub chain, but they are as you would expect. The delivery is faster than you can drive there and the folks in the store were nice the few times I've been there.

Ordered online. Sandwich took about 90 minutes to arrive. Completely wrong sandwich was in the bag. Its like they just threw something in there and didn't read the order. Phone was off the hook at the store the entire rest of the day. Sad and sorry service by far!

#12 Beach Club. Enough Said. Nothing but good things to say about this place. It is clean, quick, and friendly. The food is fairly priced, and tastes fresh. Anyone who enjoys a good sub will love Jimmy Johns.

I am doing this review for this location only, the sandwiches are ok, cheap and fills you up. HOWEVER...I ordered a delivery to my home in between my work break, super hungry and needing something quick to meet me at the door. The delivery girl gets there, and smells like cig smoke so bad I felt like she was blowing smoke in my face! As I check to make sure my sandwich is there the bag and even the sandwich smelled like smoke! I was so irriated knowing that this girl smoked in her car while my food was in there I shoved her the reciept and gave no tip. Disgusting!! Be thoughtful, if I wanted to eat cig smoked sandwiches I would go to a smoky bar!

I ordered my food at exactly 12:45 PM. It took the delivery guy over 30 min to get here (That is not very fast). When he showed up he did not have my drink nor the correct order. He said he would have to bring me back my correct sandwich and I waited an additional 15 min for him to return before I called the store. Once I called the store to complain I asked to speak to a manager who did not take my call, and I was given the response from the individual taking the order that mistakes happen and there was nothing they were going to do about this experience. I have been and ordered from multiple Jimmy Johns over the course of the past 5 years and have never had such a bad experience. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again. I do not feel that anyone should financially support an food service organization that one does not hold true to the values that the core company stands for nor places any value in customer service.

My favorite sandwich place! All the ingredients are always fresh and the bread is tasty. It's our go to fast food place and is much healthier than McDonald's or Burger King.

Good sammich! At work my manager orders from here for lunch all the time. I love the unwich which is the sammich in lettuce instead of bread. The box lunches have chips, pickle and a cookie. My coworkers like that I decline the cookie- more for them.

No matter where and literally in middle of the street jimmy delivers. I work in traffic control and like always all locations they deliver fast. My delivery boy ignore me and ignore me. What a prejudice bastard haha. I mention on the phone I'm in the street, I'm traffic control. Anyways awesome sandwich jimmy has not disappoint me yet.......
